Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the precision of our bearings and the grip of our brake pads.
Important Note:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Brake Pads (once installed or removed from packaging)
- Grips (if packaging is opened)
- Bar End Plugs (if installed or packaging is damaged)
- Custom-fitted components (including cut handlebars or modified forks)
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our rider-support team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name (e.g., “Shimano XT Disc Brakes” or “RockShox Recon Fork”)
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 24 business hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special handling notes (especially important for suspension components or frames)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Return items in original packaging with all accessories, just like you’d expect when receiving new headsets or derailleur hangers.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect items within 3 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when:
- Your refund is processed
- Your exchange is shipped
- If there are any issues (rare as a loose bearing in our quality checks)
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges (perhaps you need different handlebars or brake pads):
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
International Returns
For riders outside the US (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We recommend using trackable shipping (like the DHL or FedEx services we use for deliveries)
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded
Pro Tip: Before returning suspension components or forks, take photos of the original packaging to ensure proper repacking – these precision parts deserve careful handling!
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or wrong components (as rare as a misaligned derailleur hanger from our shop):
- Contact us immediately with photos
- We’ll arrange expedited replacement
- Return shipping will be prepaid if needed
